Raket!

The Xmas season is fast approaching and i'm thinking of ways para maka raket ako :D Usually, i sell some goodies to friends and to friends of friends. Just to compensate all the expenses i make during the holidays haha... its a vicious cycle!

I baked my original recipe for chocolate moist. Instead of doing it as a cake, i made cupcakes instead. And to add a twist to it, i squirted some fillings inside each cupcake. I made toffee, cream cheese, peanut butter, and custard fillings. I didn't took a pic of the custard coz it was so messy. I didn't get the right consistency. Next time perhaps..

So here's my uber moist choco cupcake :D




I brought a dozen to the office.. and guess what, i already have potential customers :D
